At VIBING PRO, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

• The request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
• Products must be in their original packaging (opened or unopened)
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team:

• Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions

4. Return Shipping

For defective or damaged products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and items purchased during final sale events are non-refundable.
